Yes, the University of Venda’s 2025 intake online application is accessible from April 1, 2024, through October 31, 2024. Undergraduate and postgraduate applicants in South Africa can access an online application portal/log in through the University of Venda from April 1, 2024, to October 30, 2024. October 31, 2024, is the deadline for international online applications to the University of Venda for the intake of 2025–2026.

The University of Venda Online Application Requirements For 2025-2026

The following documents are required when applying to the University of Venda:

• Copy of the proof of payment of your application fee
• A certified copy of the first page of your Identity Document.
• A certified copy of your Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification. If you are currently in Grade 12, please submit your marks obtained in Grade 11.

How to Complete Univen Online Application 2025-2026

Follow the steps below to complete the University of Venda online application form for 2025-2026:

• Visit UNIVEN online application portal: www.univen.ac.za
• Click on “Apply for Admission” at the top menu of the UNIVEN homepage
• Click on “Begin online application”
• An Academic Application Process opens
• Read the information carefully
• Please proceed to log into the myAccess webpage with your student number, to continue with your application
• Pay the non-refundable Application fee of R100
  • Deposit the fee at BSA account no 1000 000 589 and use your ID number or student number as your
    reference.
• Complete and submit your application online

Owing to specific capacity constraints, the University of Venda reserves the right to select candidates for admission to specific fields of study. This means that prospective students who comply with the minimum requirements will not automatically be admitted to the courses in question. Because of the capacity limitations and the high demand from students for admission to particular fields of study, students will be selected based on their Grade 12 results for admission to these fields.
