When to Register as a fresh student of Univen university:
New applicants & Univen students who applied for admission to a new qualification may only register if they have received an offer of placement letter from Univen
When is the re-registration at univen:
Re-registering students can register for this academic year during the relevant registration period once they have received their registration details from Univen.

- Registration of first-entering students in all Faculties
- Registration of returning students: Postgraduate and Undergraduate in all Faculties continues
Completing Your Registration Online at the University of Venda
The following steps will guide you through the registration process:

- Document Upload: Scan and upload all required documents, including your identification, proof of payment, and any additional documentation requested by Univen.
- Confirmation: Review your registration details for accuracy and completeness. Once satisfied, submit your registration.
- Confirmation Email: After successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email from Univen. This email will contain important information regarding your registration status and other relevant details.

- The University has streamlined and automated the registration processes, and as a result, returning students are advised not to visit the University for registration. They can register anywhere off campus.

Registration Instructions
- You can only register if you are admitted into our Qualification / Degree study programme.
- Minimum Initial Payment during registration
- All students without a loan/bursary will be required to pay an upfront minimum registration deposit. The amount for residence should be paid by students whose application for residence has been successful.
