UP 2027 Application Opening Date

The University of Pretoria (UP) 2027 application portal will officially open on 1 April 2026. This applies to all qualifications, including diplomas, higher certificates, bachelor’s degrees, honours degrees, master’s programs, and doctoral studies.

Application Deadlines

While the application portal opens on 1 April 2026, different programs have specific deadlines:

Veterinary Science Programs: 31 May 2026
All other Qualifications: 30 June 2026
Late Applications: Will be considered only if space allows

Academic Qualifications Required for UP 2027 Programs

Higher Certificate Programs:

One-year introductory qualification.
