Welkom Campus of Goldfields Tvet College Now Accepting Applications for the 2025-2026 Academic Year! Applications are now being accepted from over 4,500 students for the National Certificate Vocational (NC(V)) and Report 191 programs at the Welkom Campus of Goldfields Tvet College for the 2025-2026 academic year. The application portal will be open from September 1 to September 30, 2024, and all applications must be submitted online through the Welkom College of Goldfields Tvet College application page. Late applications will not be accepted.

Welkom College Online Application 2025-2026 Closing Date

Undergraduate applications for the 2025-2026 academic year at Welkom College are now open. The deadline to submit your application is September 30, 2024. Applications received after this date will not be considered.

We encourage you to apply as soon as possible to avoid missing the deadline. There is no application fee required.

Welkom College Application Requirements for 2025-2026

The following requirements are necessary for applications to Welkom College of Goldfields TVET College to be considered:

A grade 9 certificate is required.
Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
Higher certificates may be required for more advanced courses.
An entrance exam/cap test may be administered to certain applicants.
In some instances, applicants may be interviewed.
ID and proof of residence are required.

Applications for the 2025-2026 academic year are now open. There are two ways to apply:

Online Application:

Complete the Career Guidance Test: This test will help you identify your strengths and interests, and suggest courses that align with your goals.
Complete the Pre-Entry Placement Test: This test will assess your academic readiness for your chosen course.
Submit the Online Application Form: You can complete the form online at your convenience.
Upload Supporting Documents: Be sure to upload all required documents, such as your transcripts and academic certificates.
Check Your Application Status: You can log in to the application portal to check the status of your application after 48 hours of submission.

On-Campus Application:

Visit the Welkom College campus to book an online application session.
Bring all of your supporting documents with you to your appointment.
A staff member will assist you with completing the application process.

Important Note: Regardless of whether you apply online or on campus, please ensure you have all of the required supporting documents before starting your application.
