Undergraduate applications for the 2026 academic year at Welkom College are now open. The deadline to submit your application is Sunday, November 30, 2025. Applications received after this date will not be considered.

Welkom College Application Requirements for 2026

The following requirements are necessary for applications to Welkom College of Goldfields TVET College to be considered:

  • A grade 9 certificate is required.
  • Applicants must be at least 16 years old.

How to Apply to Welkom College for 2026

Applications for the 2026 academic year are now open. There are two ways to apply:

  1. Go to the “Tosa TVET College” enrollment page.
  2. On the webpage click on “Study“, and from the drop options, select “Online application”
  3. Scroll down the new page and click on the link “goldfields.coltech.co.za” which will redirect you to the school’s online admission portal.
  4. A new tap and page will appear and new applicants should click on “register an account” to begin admission progress.
  5. Choose your course and ensure you meet the requirements of the chosen courses
  6. Upload the required documents. These documents must be scanned into PDF format before uploading.
  7. Submit the fully completed application form by clicking on the submit button.
  8. Check Your Application Status: You can log in to the application portal to check the status of your application after 48 hours of submission.

On-Campus Application:

  1. Visit the Welkom College campus to book an online application session.
  2. Bring all of your supporting documents with you to your appointment.
  3. A staff member will assist you with completing the application process.
