The application process for the 2025 academic year is officially open. Applicants can submit their applications online through the college’s application portal. The deadline for submitting applications is September 30, 2025.

Required Supporting Documents for West Coast TVET College Application

To ensure your application is complete and valid, please submit the following documents along with your application form:

Identification:

• Certified copy of your Identity Document
• Certified copy of the Identity Document of each household member, including parents or legal guardian.

Academic Records:

• Certified copy of your latest academic transcript or exam results.

Financial Documents:

• Certified or official copy of recent payslips (not older than three months) for each parent, legal guardian, or yourself if employed.
• If your supporter(s) are retired, provide a copy of an official pension slip or bank statement showing payment.
• A signed affidavit from your parent/guardian.
• Certified copy of a SASSA letter if any family members receive social grants and contribute to your household income.
• Proof of registration or acceptance at a TVET college or university for any dependent students in your household.

Disability Support:

• If you have a disability, please complete and submit the relevant supporting documents as outlined on the West Coast TVET College website.

Important Notes:

• Please submit two certified copies of each document.
• All copies must be original and certified.
• Faxed copies will not be accepted.

Applying Online at West Coast College for 2025 Admissions

Returning Applicants:

• If you started your application but didn’t finish, select “Yes” on the application page.
• Enter your student ID and passport number to resume and complete your application.

New Applicants:

1. Generate a Student Number:

   • Visit https://ienabler.westcoastcollege.co.za/pls/prodi41/gen.gw1pkg.gw1view
   • Select “New Applicant” and provide your bio-data.
   • You’ll receive an email with your student number.

2. Start Your Application:

   • Return to the application portal and log in with your student number and pin.
   • Choose your program and preferred campus.

3. Complete the Application:

   • Fill out the online application form.
   • Upload the required supporting documents.
   • Submit your completed application online.
