When to Submit the University of the Free State Application DOCUMENTS in 2025-2026

The timely submission of your supporting documents does not guarantee admission but increases your chances. The University of the Free State must receive all supporting documents by September 30, 2024. You may submit your application form without the supporting documents; however, the missing documents must be submitted by September 30, 2024, depending on the course you are applying for in 2025.

The University of the Free State Online Application for 2025 is open on 01 April 2024 for all students who want to advance their education beginning in 2025. Which documents are needed to apply at the University of the Free State in 2025-2026

All applicants should provide the following supporting documents for application:

Certificate, Diploma & Bachelor’s degree Applicants

A scanned copy of an ID
parent’s ID or passport if you are younger than 18
Your final Grade 11 results with the school’s stamp
National Senior Certificate (NSC) or Grade 12 IEB certificate
Transfer applicants must also provide conduct certificates from their previous universities
A scanned copy of your passport
certified school-leaving certificate and relevant diplomas
USAf accreditation from the examination board for South African universities.

Students transferring from other universities must include a certificate of conduct as well as a study record from their previous university with their applications

Choose the “Apply” tab from the page’s top menu.
To start, select the “New Application” tab.

To begin your application, enter the student number.
Enter your contact information. To enter, the names on the documents must match.
