Stellenbosch University Application schedules: Stellenbosch University launches the admissions portal on April 4, 2022. All applications, both graduate and undergraduate, are now accepted. For each program, the university has a separate start and end date. Read more

Prepare these before you begin your application process: Before starting the online application, applicants are urged to gather all necessary documents. This makes the entire procedure easier. Applicants must include a valid email address and phone number because it is how the university can get in touch with them. You will also receive your student ID number in this email for access.

Application Requirements: Applicants are to upload their Certificates, proof of payments, National Identification Number, or Passport number. Your application will be rejected if you fail to do this. Read more

Application Fees for 2023 Online Applications: When you submit your study application, you will need to pay an application fee of R100 for 2023. Please note that the application fee is non-refundable. Your Money will not be given back when your application is declined. Banking details and other payment methods are provided in the link below under the payment method. When making such deposits please quote your Online Study Application Number that would have been emailed to you as the payment reference

Please note: International and Stellenbosch University Business School students are exempted from the application fee

Application Procedure: The Online Application System is designed for new prospective students who are making their first application to Stellenbosch University. It is not for students who are currently enrolled at Stellenbosch University. Follow the Application Process to Apply online for 2023. No walk-in or manual application for the 2023 admissions.
