Curtin University Malaysia Supporting Documents for the 2023 intake
When applying online, all your supporting documentation must be provided in PDF format with a maximum file size per document of 10MB.

Can you apply directly to Curtin University Malaysia 2023?
The answer is YES. Follow the steps below to apply directly to Curtin University Malaysia:
- Go to Curtin University, Malaysia main page > https://www.curtin.edu.my/.
- Click Apply Now.
- Click Register and Apply.
- Complete all the details, especially the mandatory fields which are marked with
- Click Proceed with Registration
- Review the Terms and Conditions, then tick the box to agree. Continue entering Security. Verification within 90 seconds, then click Proceed with Registration
- Now you have done with the registration process. Check your inbox or junk mail for the User Account Details email sent from Web Guest admission.centre@curtin.edu.my. However, your application process is not yet completed. Go back to the Application webpage. To continue with your application, click Continue
- Click Search to find a list of available courses
- Check the Course Title, Year and Study Period, then select the course of your choice by clicking Apply.
- Click Proceed with Application
- Attach all necessary files (refer to pg. 1 for requested documents) by clicking Upload a new file. To continue, click Choose File and Upload File(s). To upload additional files, simply click Add. Another, and repeat the steps.
- If your course contains majors, e.g. Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Communications, Bachelor of Engineering and Bachelor of Computing, click Select Your Major to choose your major. Your application is deemed incomplete without selecting your major
- Complete all the details, especially the mandatory fields marked with *, then click Save & Continue.
- Review the Terms & Conditions, tick the box to agree, and click Submit
- If your application is complete, you will see the messages below, and receive an Application Confirmation email from Web Guest admission.centre@curtin.edu.my. Check your inbox or junk mail for the email.

Academic Requirements
If you are a Malaysian or an international student interested in applying for one of their foundation, undergraduate, or postgraduate courses, please review their course descriptions and admission requirements before submitting your application.

English Language Entry Requirements
Undergraduate:
- Applicants with IELTS less than 6.0 but achieved 5.5 (no individual band below 5.0) are required to take Curtin University Foundation English Units.
- Applicants with TOEFL less than 68 but achieved 65 (or above) are required to take Curtin University Foundation English Units
- Applicants with 1119 ‘D’ are required to take Curtin University Foundation English Units
- Applicants with GCE ‘O’ Level ‘D’ are required to take Curtin University Foundation English Units.
- Applicants with PTE Academic less than 59 but achieved 42 (or above) are required to take Curtin University Foundation English Units
- Applicants with MUET less than MUET band 4 but achieved MUET band 3 with an aggregated score of 140 are required to take Curtin University Foundation English Units.
- Applicants with total scores of Linguaskill less than 169 but equal to or more than 162 (no individual scores below 154) are required to take Curtin University Foundation English Units
