First-time undergraduate or postgraduate applicants must pay a non-refundable R135.00 application fee online or with a UNISA-approved First National Bank ATM before their application form is considered valid for processing and consideration

How to Pay UNISA Application Fee For 2025

For instructions on how to pay for a UNISA application for admittance to the 2025 academic year, see below.

  • Go to the First National Bank (FNB) ATM
  • Click “cardless banking”
  • Click Deposit Money
  • Click Public beneficiary
  • Search UNISA, then the Unisa account number will appear on the screen
  • Enter your student number (reference number)
  • Leave space and key in 5370810030
  • Press “Proceed” and enter your first name
  • Press “Proceed” and enter your surname
  • Then press “proceed” and enter your contact number
  • Then press deposit money

After making a successful payment, print off the receipt, enter your student number in the application portal, and upload the document before the application deadline.

When to Pay UNISA 2025 Application Fee

The University of South Africa (UNISA) is set to open its 2025 undergraduate qualifications intake on August 19th, 2024, and close on October 11th, 2024, which includes payment of the application fee and proof of payment submission.
