The application process for 2024 admissions

3. Your documents will be checked and approved if they are clear and certified but will be rejected if they are not clear or they have an outdated date stamp
4. You will receive an e-mail after every step, updating you about the status of your application.
5. The e-mail will have details of the registration details.
6. If you are admitted, you will receive an e-mail informing you that you are “Provisionally Accepted” and you will be expected to accept the offer on your Student Portal and print the Enrollment Form.
7. Finalize the process by visiting the campus to finalize your registration.

How to Submit your hard copy application form

It is the responsibility of the FET Institution to submit your application (annexure A) to the  DHET by making use of a courier service to:

Requirements For Application Of Lost Certificate

• Certified copy of ID
• Affidavit from a police station explaining what happened to the certificate
• Certified copy of proof of payment (R110): Use the banking details below to effect the payments
