When to Begin your online application: The application Process for 2024 studies will open after the 2024 Second Semester Registration. Applicants however have up till November 30, 2023, to submit all applications for 2024 admissions. Late application will not be considered because of limited space.

How to apply

Applicants should first visit the “https://www.thekwinicitycollege.co.za/” home page.
Click on the APPLY tab to take you to the application portal
Choose your desired courses. You have the option to select 2 study courses. Click on the Select a course tab to do so.
Fill out all the required fields pertaining to the chosen courses
You will need a username and password to proceed. Your username is your ID number
Create a strong password with a combination of alphanumeric and special characters
Complete all the information on the screen by proving the information needed
Upload the required documents one after the other
Ensure all required fields are filled out before you click on the submit button to submit your application to the college

Admission requirement for entry into the NVC at NQF Level 2

A year-end report for Grades 9, 10, 11, or 12 or an
An NQF Level 1 qualification, or
An approved bridging programme designed for the specific purpose of accessing NQF Level 2, or
A Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) assessment to meet the basic requirements for access to NQF Level 2.
