UNISA has released application fees for prospective undergraduate and postgraduate students to apply online for the 2025 academic year. Candidates must pay the fee before submitting their applications for processing. Failure to pay may result in invalid applications and admission denied.

The UNISA application fee is a mandatory fee for all Unisa University of South Africa (Unisa) applicants, covering the processing of the online application form for the 2025 academic year.

How Much is the UNISA Application Fee For 2025

UNISA requires a non-refundable R135 application fee for first-time domestic and international applicants. Applicants must deposit the fee into the bank account, upload a a duplicate of the payment receipt, and keep the original receipt for reference.

Do late application fees at the University of South Africa cost more?

UNISA rejects late applications, preventing admission in 2025. To avoid rejection, applicants should start early and submit all necessary documentation before the application closing dates.

Who pays the application fee at the University of South Africa (Unisa):

First-time UNISA applicants must pay the application fee, while returning and past applicants are exempt. Applicants with a UNISA student number do not need to pay for the 2025 academic year.
