UNISA Registration Dates Open For 2024/2025

The University of South Africa (Unisa) encourages all first-year students to register online using the instructions in this article. Any student who is unable to register online will be assisted by the University of South Africa (Unisa). The student may be on campus to complete the registration process.

Applications still Open at Unisa:

College of Accounting Sciences & College of Science, Engineering & Technology: Applications open until January 31, 2024.
Honours Degrees & Postgraduate Diplomas (Excluding PGCE): January 31, 2024.
Master’s & Doctoral Qualifications: January 31, 2024 (Exceptions might apply).

General UNISA Registration Dates For 2024-2025

The University of South Africa (UNISA) Online Registration and Enrolment Open from 10 January to 12 February 2024 for undergraduate and honors qualifications, however, masters and doctoral candidates can have access to the registration portal from 10 January to 29 March 2024. Late Online Registration generally Closes March 31, 2024

Re-registering Unisa students must register during the prescribed registration period.

What to do after registration:

Go to myUnisa and claim your Unisa login (if you have never before logged in to myUnisa).
Login to your myLife e-mail account as soon as possible and check this account regularly. All registered Unisa students get a free myLife e-mail account. Important information, notices, and updates are sent exclusively to this account, so you must check it regularly.
Access myUnisa for important study-related information. Students registered for the MBA, MBL, and DBL degrees must visit the SBL’s Moodle site for study material and other important information.
If you are registered for the research module or the research component (mini dissertation, dissertation, or thesis), you should make contact with your contact person/supervisor as soon as possible after accessing your study material on myUnisa / Moodle (in the case of GSBL students).
