During the registration process for the academic year 2024-2025, thousands of students from 26 public universities and 50 Approved Tvet colleges will apply to NSFAS.
For first-time applicants, you can only submit one application at a time, and all returning applicants must reregister by completing a new application and registration form between September 28, 2023, and January 31, 2024.
NSFAS encourages all applicants to apply on time and to plan for the different allowances available to all approved NSFAS students.
NSFAS Late Registrations 2024-2025
Any applications submitted after the closing date will be considered late. These applications will be rejected for funding in the academic year 2024-2025. The application deadline will be January 31, 2024. Students and applicants must apply and register as soon as possible. Applying LATE will have an impact on NSFAS planning processes and may result in delays in obtaining financial support from NSFAS.
