USM Online Application Undergraduate 2023/2024

All interested applicants are welcome to fill out the University of Science Malaysia (USM) admission application form 2023/2024, regardless of color, ethnicity, ethnic identity, religion, gender, or country of origin, as long as they meet the requirements for the program for which they have applied.

Malaysians and interested foreign applicants can apply as Government Sponsored or Private candidates for the University of Science Malaysia (USM) admissions via the UPU System or directly to the University of Science Malaysia (USM)

How to Apply to the University of Science Malaysia (USM) in 2023/2024

Here are a few extra details to aid you with your application. Follow the advice listed below for a successful application:

Get access to the internet with a smart device (Laptop, Computer, Mobile phone, Tablet…)
At https://admission.usm.my, you can look for academic programs based on your research interests.
Create an account on the https://pohon.usm.my/modul/int_login.php?int=INT application portal, fill out the form, and upload the required documents.
Pay the required processing fee per application via FPX, Debit Card, Credit Card, or Flywire.
An acknowledgement email will be sent once the application has been received.
Regularly check the application result via the application portal; only successful applicants can view the offer letter.
On the application portal, accept the offer.

USM Admission Requirements

USM’s acceptance rate is determined by academic merit or performance. After submitting your application, you are not automatically accepted into the university. Students must have completed any of the following qualifications to be considered for admission to USM.

Domestic Applicants

STPM
Matriculation or Foundation programme (Asasi)
Diploma
Other equivalent qualifications: A-Level, International Baccalaureate (IB), AUSMAT

Students from other countries

International students may apply to the USM undergraduate program via the official USM website, POHON@USM. The USM Student Admission Office manages the application and selection process directly. The USM Student Admission Office will notify the School of Aerospace Engineering of any successful candidates through this selection process.

The entry requirements for international students are essentially the same as those for domestic students, with the addition of an English proficiency requirement for those who come from institutions where the medium of instruction is not English.
