UWC Registration Deadline 2025-Register Now

University of the Western Cape 2025 Online Registration Guide! Once applications close, accepted candidates must complete online registration to finalize their admission at the University of the Western Cape (UWC). There’s no need to visit campus—everything is handled electronically! This guide covers registration details, deadlines, and acceptable payment methods. UWC has now opened the 2025 registration form for all accepted students

The university encourages all first-time students to get registered online by following the steps outlined in this article. The university will not hesitate to help any student who is unable to register online. The student could be on campus to finalize the registration.

University of the Western Cape (UWC) Registration closing dates 2025

• PhD and Masters – Monday, 13 January 2025 – 11 February 2025.
• Undergraduate (returning) and Honours and PG diploma/certificate – Monday, 20 January 2025 – Friday, 16 February 2024.
• New undergraduate students – Monday, 20 January 2025 – Friday, 16 February 2025.

Registration Details: Applicants/Students will need to access the Student Portal at various stages of their registration. Your log-in details are as follows:

Please ensure that you adhere to the registration dates listed above, as no late registrations will be accepted unless permission is sought from and granted by the Faculty in question.

Registration steps and procedures at the University of the Western Cape (UWC)

To make this a straightforward and enjoyable experience, adhere to the suggested guidelines.

• Enter the URL of the University of Western Cape @https://www.uwc.ac.za
• Scroll down and look for online facilities. Click on the tab/link to open the IENABLER 
• On this page, Enter your student number and unique PIN to log in. You can create a password if you have forgotten your old one.
• On your Left pan, Click on “Academic Registration“
• Read and accept the Rules and regulations by clicking on “I Accept” to proceed
• Click on the next step. On this page, Use the drop-box and enter the field that suits you. Click SAVE AND CONTINUE
• The previous step takes you to a page where all the modules are displayed. The ticked ones are compulsory courses that cannot be altered. Select your courses by checking the empty boxes. Click SAVE AND CONTINUE
• A preview of the modules is opened. Click on Continue to proceed
• Your Registration cost page opens with the estimated cost of the selected courses. Click on ACCEPT REGISTRATION
• A preview of  Proof of Registration is launched. Click on Continue to proceed to the next step
• Download or Print the proof of Registration and proceed to Register for Accommodation or Residence.
• For cyber security insurance, please sure you log out after downloading.
